THE BUILDING

Built in 1860, 400 Brant Street is the oldest structure which has continuously operated as a hotel and public house in Burlington and the surrounding area. This structure is a historic landmark on Brant Street and recent renovations are bringing it back to life. Many thanks to the Burlington Historical Society for the historical photos of this iconic building.

Featuring Burlington’s own Executive Chef Stewart Schmidt and the creative visionary behind it, Sarah Millar.
